This Privacy Policy describes how Miromar collects, uses, or discloses personal information we receive through our websites linking to this Privacy Policy, along with any mobile apps and other online or offline services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). Online Activity, Cookies and Information Collected by Other Automatic Means

- Limited information (e.g., IP address, pageview, etc.) may be collected through third party online tools such as cookies, as described above. As explained above, you can take certain steps to prevent such collection.
- We may share your personal information with our affiliates under common control for our business-related activities.
- We may share your personal information with our service providers and professional advisors that we believe need the information to perform a technology, business, or other professional function for us (examples include: property management, IT services, AI tools, maintenance and hosting of our Services, payment processors, marketing partners, legal/accounting services, and other such services). We only provide such providers and advisors with such information so they can perform their required functions on our behalf.
- We may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or financial loss, (iii) in connection with an investigation or suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity, or (iv) under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our staff, users, or the public.

If at any time you would like to stop receiving text message notifications, please text “STOP” in reply to our message, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
