Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in social media management, specifically in the real estate industry, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms.
- Proficient in utilizing analytics tools to monitor and track social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong knowledge of paid social media advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools preferred.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the luxury real estate market and understanding of its target audience is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends and best practices in the industry.
Responsibilities and Duties (Miromar Lakes):
- Develop captivating and audience-appropriate content for social media platforms that effectively showcases the Miromar Lakes Lifestyle.
- Monitor analytics to measure and track audience engagement, identifying areas for improvement and future content enhancements across all social platforms.
- Devise and execute strategic paid social ad campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving traffic to Miromar Lakes Sales Gallery.
- Evaluate, track, and report on the performance of all paid campaigns as directed by the Director of Marketing
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to social media interactions, fostering resident conversations, facilitating lead conversions, and actively participating in industry discussions.
- Adapt and optimize collateral and email communications for effective distribution across relevant social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to effectively promote and publicize community events to enhance resident participation and awareness.
Responsibilities and Duties (Miromar Design Center):
- Develop captivating and audience-appropriate content for social media platforms that effectively showcases the offerings of Miromar Design Center and its tenants.
- Monitor analytics to measure and track audience engagement, identifying areas for improvement and future content enhancements across all social platforms.
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to social media interactions, assist with customer inquiries and share relevant content from approved vendors, designers and tenants.
- Adapt and optimize collateral and email communications for effective distribution across relevant social media platforms.
