Miromar Outlets opens for business following Coronavirus ClosureESTERO, Fla. (April 30, 2020) – Miromar Outlets is reopening Monday, May 4, for shopping, walking and dining in accordance per Governor Ron DeSantis’ guidelines.

“We know there are a lot of people who are looking forward to shopping, dining, walking around the mall and returning to some degree of normalcy,” said Jeff Staner, vice president and general manager. “We have implemented a number of protocols to ease safety concerns.”

Announcements and signs throughout the mall will remind shoppers to keep a distance of at least 6 feet between others and avoid gathering in groups. Restrooms, benches, tables and other outdoor public areas will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.

“It’s very important that people continue to be diligent as well as respect other shoppers,” said Staner. “We want everyone to feel safe, comfortable and welcomed.”

Miromar Outlets offers a scenic outdoor environment with numerous sitting areas, 12 fountains and lush tropical landscaping. Restaurants will continue to offer delivery and pickup options and will reopen patios. Indoor seating and retail stores will operate at 25% occupancy as stipulated by DeSantis. New operating hours are Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. for the time being.
