MIROMAR LAKES — Seagate Development Group LLC’s furnished Sabbia model in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club’s Sardinia neighborhood is on schedule for completion in late January. Miromar Lakes is an award-winning community being developed by Miromar Development Corp. Miromar Lakes is the only community in Southwest Florida to offer waterfront living, beaches, and golf all at one location. Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the home’s interior design, and Outside Productions International Inc. is crafting the outdoor living area, an elevated pool and spa, and landscaping. Situated on a lakefront home site, the Sabbia’s main entry is flanked by two garage areas, one is 67 feet long. The entry leads to the lower foyer and elevator, as well as storage areas. Three guest suites with full baths, a great room with a sit-down bar, refrigerated wine storage, and a built-in media center, a kitchen with island seating, a dining area, and a powder bath are on the first living level. The great room opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, gas grill and refrigerator, a powder bath, dining and conversation areas, the elevated pool and spa, and a sundeck. The second level hosts the master suite, another guest suite with a private bath, a club room, morning bar, and laundry room. The master bedroom opens to a sundeck. A second sundeck and a bathroom with a walk-in closet and shower are off the club room. Seagate introduced its new Fontana floor plan in Sardinia. The three-level, 4,818-square-foot plan was also designed by RG Designs and is also part of the Beach Collection in Sardinia. The ground floor includes two garage areas that flank the entry, a lower foyer with an elevator, a space that can be used for storage or as a flex room, and a covered beach patio. In addition to the elevator, a grand staircase leads to the Fontana’s first living level. The open-concept living area includes a grand room, island kitchen, dining area, wet bar, and a powder bath. Pocketing sliders open the grand room and dining area to a covered lanai with an island kitchen, a fireplace, a dining and conversation area, and a pool bath. The pool and pool deck offer lake views. Two guest suites with full baths are on the first living level. The second living level features a master suite that opens to a covered deck, a bonus room that opens to a covered deck and includes a wet bar with a sink, ice maker, and refrigerator, a guest suite with a full bath, an additional full bath, and a study. Seagate continues to expand its presence as a luxury homebuilder in Southwest Florida. Seagate is a preferred builder of grand estate residences at Quail West. Earlier this year, Seagate’s 5,800-square-foot Spring Hill model at Quail West sold before construction began. Construction is underway. Three new custom end-user residences are under construction. A second model, the unfurnished Silver King by BCB Homes, is also under construction priced at $7.5 million. Eleven home sites priced from the $2-millions also remain available. Interior Designer Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the interior for the Captiva model and Outside Productions, Inc. is crafting the design for the landscaping, outdoor living area, pool, and spa. The Captiva model includes 4,865 square feet under air, a total of 11,184 square feet under roof, and is priced at $5.995 million with furnishings. Priced at $7.5 million, BCB Homes’ unfurnished Silver King model was designed by John Cooney of Stofft Cooney Architects and will feature finishes specified by Lisa Ficarra at Ficarra Design Associates. The 4,555 square feet under air two-story home showcases an open-concept, great room floor plan. Two completed furnished models, two models currently under construction, and 11 home sites are available at Windward Isle. Six end-user residences have been completed and six are currently under construction. The new models under construction will feature Seagate’s Cayman II and Grenada floor plans, two of eight, one- and two-story open-concept designs by Weber Design Group and RG Designs that showcase the community’s coastal West Indies architectural style.
