You are invited to attend a special media panel presentation, “How to Get Your Project Published,” at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 22 at Miromar Design Center.
The informative Q&A format session will be led by a panel of local editorial experts offering valuable information on how interior designers and architects can not only get their projects and products published, but also establish positive relationships with and become go-to sources for journalists and writers who frequently report on design-related topics.
“Interior designers and architects are often unaware of the channels and resources available to them when it comes to pitching a completed project to the media,” said Deborah Hamilton, director of marketing and business development at Miromar Design Center. “This media panel will help answer some of the usual questions and misunderstandings that many industry professionals have regarding the editorial process.”
The panelists will include: Lisa Mishler, editor of Home and Design magazine; Teri Evans, editor of Naples Illustrated magazine; Nanci Theoret, author of Gulfshore Life magazine’s Design Trends column; and Shelby Reynolds, features reporter for the Naples Daily News’ Neapolitan section.
The seminar is open to any professional or related business in the interior design and construction industry.
