MIROMAR DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a multi-faceted real estate company with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties located in Southwest Florida, is seeking candidates for the following positions.
EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER
for in-house marketing department with a strong print background. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, newspaper and magazine ads, billboards, signage, displays, e-blasts, web banners, flyers, brochures, booklets, newsletters, post cards, direct mail, annual reports, stationery, and pocket folders (including dies).
Candidate must be able to multi-task, be organized and detail-oriented, work within tight deadlines, be flexible, be a problem solver, be able to work and prioritize on their own as well as work well as team player and take direction well. Must have extensive knowledge of graphics layout, design terminology, have working knowledge of printing and production methods. An understanding of signage production and materials is beneficial.
Requirements: minimum 4 years in-house marketing or ad agency experience and a university or art school degree. Strong knowledge of MAC-based programs: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.

LEASING EXECUTIVE
A top notch LEASING EXECUTIVE to promote and seek new tenants for several of our properties in Estero, FL, located between Naples and Fort Myers, and all within a two-mile radius. They include Miromar Outlets, Southwest Florida's largest outlet shopping center with over 140 top designer and brand name outlet stores, restaurants, and plans for expansion; Miromar Design Center, one of only 19 major design centers in the United States with 45 showrooms featuring a luxurious collection of furniture, fabrics, flooring, lighting, kitchen and bath products, art, accessories and wall coverings by preeminent brand names; Miromar Square, a planned professional office and hotel development adjacent to Miromar Design Center; and The Shoppes at Miromar Village, which will be a collection of retail, dining, and condos close to our award-winning Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club residential waterfront community which won #1 clubhouse in the United States for 2010.
The right match for this position will be able to demonstrate a successful career with a minimum of seven years in upscale tenant leasing, a solid understanding of retail leasing practices, strong negotiation abilities and communication skills. Exposure to leasing at outlet centers would be a positive.

CONCIERGE MANAGER AT AWARD-WINNING MIROMAR LAKES BEACH AND GOLF CLUB
This is a full time position responsible for managing a concierge team and housekeeping staff at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, a residential waterfront resort community between Naples and Fort Myers with over 700 acres of contiguous aquamarine freshwater lakes, three miles of private, white sandy beach and "signature" championship golf, all within one luxurious setting. Miromar Lakes has won #1 Clubhouse in the United States for 2010. Concierge Services is the key contact department for residents' questions and must be knowledgeable about all planned events. Concierge and housekeeping services are provided to residents at a five-star level. In addition to overseeing staff, the Concierge Manager conducts orientation tours with residents, coordinates maintenance and repairs for amenities buildings, and generates necessary management reports. Important attributes include detailed record keeping and superb communication skills. Microsoft Office is a must.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field, minimum five year's experience in concierge services with an upscale private club, hotel or convention facility. Receive a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
