Miromar Development is a multi-faceted real estate development company which holds a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the United States and Canada.  In 2008, the company celebrated its 20th year in the property development business.

Future development plans in Southwest Florida include the Miromar Professional Office Park adjacent to the International Design Center; a five-star hotel with marina club residences on the beach at Miromar Lakes; and The Shoppes at Miromar Village, a retail/office/residential complex across from the main entrance to Florida Gulf Coast University.
